Drive Product A growth ↔ Protect Product B revenue

Product A is the company's primary growth lever, but Product B represents the existing revenue base. How aggressively do we tilt incentives toward Product A?

Initial hypothesis
Product A is the primary lever

For existing hybrid client rosters, Product B GRR is a guardrail, not a co-equal goal. Product A Standalone and Product A for Sales priorities to be defined separately.

Positions (5/5)

  • RV
RevOps VP· VP, Revenue Operations Supports

Aligned. Product A must be the primary lever — anything less and the plan signals we don't believe our own strategy.

  • SS
Sales Strategy Lead· Sr. Director, Sales Strategy & Ops Supports

Agree on Product A-primary. Suggest we explicitly call out the Product B guardrail size so the field doesn't read it as 'Product B no longer matters'.

  • SL

Endorse. SE motion is increasingly Product A-led; comp should follow.

  • NA
North America Sales Lead· Director, NAMER Existing Business Concern

NAMER existing book is ~70% Product B ARR. A pure Product A-primary signal risks accelerating churn in the segment that funds the pivot. Need a regional guardrail floor.

  • EL
EMEA Sales Lead· Director, EMEA Existing Business Concern

EMEA Product A readiness lags NAMER by ~2 quarters (data residency, language coverage). Product A-primary without a regional ramp will create payout randomness for EMEA reps.
